Applicants must meet all of the following requirements to be considered:
Applicants must be first-year college students, which means they are enrolled in college for the first time.
Applicants must have a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale to be considered for admission.
Methods of Using Presidential Research International Fellowships

Students are required to submit scores from the following English language proficiency examinations to apply:
A score of 1190 on the IBT version of the TOEFL, 79 on the IELTS, and 95 on the PTE.
The four-year tuition and fees for YCP’s applied undergraduate program will be covered for the students who are awarded this fellowship.
