• Applicants be citizens of foreign countries.

• Applicants must possess Proof of English Proficiency.

• Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree to apply Master’s or Combined Master’s degree.

• Applicants must possess a Master’s degree for Doctoral Program.

• Nationals of South Korea cannot apply for this scholarship program.
